Be careful in Japan from being accused of a crime

Crime rates in Japan is the lowest in developed world, but if you are in the wrong place at the wrong time, even if you are innocent, there are only a few safeguards for your protections. This was reported by BBC
Updated 071129: My friend was caught by Japanese police in Roppongi and was brought to police station to be arrested and all his fingerprint was taken. The reason for this is because he bring a Victorinox tool in his bag!
